COMPANY FUNDING FOR HEALTH INSURANCE.

PENSION PLAN AND 401 K.

After one year of continuous full time employment, you are eligible to receive monies from the Company deposit into a pension account. For the Company pension plan, the deposit is dependent on Company profits. Also, an employee may open an individual 401k plan with a payroll deduction after one year of full time employment.

PAID HOLIDAYS.

The Company provides you with 6 paid holidays per year. The paid holidays are as follows:

MEMORIAL DAY

INDEPENDENCE DAY

LABOR DAY

THANKSGIVING DAY

CHRISTMAS DAY

  In order to receive holiday pay, you must have been an employee for 90 days. Also, you must work your regular scheduled workday before and after the holiday.

 PAID VACATIONS.

After completion of 1-year continuous employment, you will receive 1 week paid vacation. At the end of 3 years of continuous employment, you will receive 2 weeks paid vacation. *** Employees will be paid their vacation pay on their anniversary date each year, regardless of when the time off is taken.
